I've been to Tawakoni and Lake Fork, but have not seen many seagulls this year. In years past, they were everywhere on Tawakoni. Am I just missing them, or have they left the area? I sure would like to get into some top water action, but have only seen them on top sporadically so far. We'll find a few fish chasing a couple of shad to the surface, but I haven't found them on top water covering an acre or more, just tearing them up. My boys have never seen that, and I sure would like to show them what I've been telling them about. I think they are about to think I'm lying to them. If you don't want to post your secret information in public, PLEASE send me a PM.

Gulls, Pelicans, Loons, Ospreys, and a few eagles show up on Richland Chambers around October and are normally gone by May. Commorants are there by the thousands in the Winter. Herons, Egrets and a few Terns are the Summer Birds.
