I've never done one of those large tournaments where they have 200+ boats. Probably a dumb question but how does parking work? Surely they don't have that many parking spaces at the ramp.

If a tour schedule a tournament with 200 boats out of a ramp there would be a plan for parking. I was at one on this year at Fork and they had a shuttle running to a field across the street. Craziest thing I seen in a while but it was working. Bottom line I would not worry about it, that will the TD job. Just go early and be patient. Good luck!

Most large scale tournament operations (that draw 150-200+) boats consider that fact when scheduling and/or selecting lakes and host venues. They will always utilize the largest facilities that can accomodate that amount of traffic and on occasion (depending on requisite permits and/or location) will require additional resources such as additional parking, adding floating docks, and shuttle vehicles to transport anglers. Depending on the location they may also bring additional fish-care assets.
