It will be on our must go list anytime we are fishing Whitney, Navarro Mills, or just a drive from Corsicana. it is just a couple mins East of Hillsboro on Hyw. 22 where it Y's into 171. Like most of us Texans, we consider BBQ a religion. These guys are doing it right. They may be too new to have made the Texas Monthy Magazine list, but I bet they will be. Great smoke taste, heavenly bark. Brisket and ribs, juicy and tender. my wife never, ever eats ribs and she stole 4 from me! Long list of sides that most people don't offer. Each one was better than than homemade. very reasonably priced for plates and by the pound.
