Smoked a butt on Monday and used the leftovers to make egg rolls. They were awesome!

Put a bag of broccoli slaw and a pound of pulled pork in a pan and start to warm, douse with soy sauce and about a half a tube of ground ginger, and couple tablespoons of garlic powder. Warm up and mix well then roll in egg roll wraps and deep fry
