This week is the one I wait for every year. I begin 3 months of 4 day work weeks. This puts me on the water on Thursday nights. Generally I fish big black spinnerbaits, big dark creatures on a C-Rig, a big black topwater frog, and a big 10" power worm on a Texas rig.
But, I'm willing to learn new tricks.
What do you guys like at night on Fork, Athens, Palestine?

On Fork, I like to fish the lights. A 2.5 baby bass square bill, a black jig and drop shot work well. In the dark, I've been fishing a t-rig baby brush hog slow. I use the same colors that I use during the day and actually the same lures. The one thing that I have never had success with is top water but it might just be me. I don't fish it in the day either

Poppers at night time works great! Nothing like complete silence and then splash!
