20 lb InvisX on everything with a bait casting reel. 8-10 on fixed spool reels.

I fish Fork as well as lakes all over the south and I use more 15 than anything.
InvizX is hard to beat.
I only use 20 on crig and big jigs in heavy cover.
I use 17 on lighter crig, swim jigs and 1oz spinner baits.
15 on trig, hard heads, 1/2-3/4 oz spinner baits, under spins, med to small swimbaits, square bills, bigger cranks around timber where I don't need them to reach max depth, weightless flukes.
12 on suspending jerk baits, 3xds that don't have to reach max depth, 3/8 oz spinner baits
10 any crank fished in open water trying to hit max depth, 1/4 oz spinner baits, shakey head, light trig in clear water and light cover.
I use 65# power pro braid on arigs, frogs, whopper plopper, big swim baits and for flipping/ punching.
Spinning reel 10# power pro yellow to 6-10# flouro leader for drop shot, light shakey head, Ned rig
You could get by with 30-50# braid for several techniques but I don't see too much need to downsize my braid.
These are what I use, it may not be the best options for you or anyone else but it works for me.

20# InvisX - jigs, t-rig, c-rig
15# InvisX - weightless/light t-rig, finesse jig
15# Red Label - spinnerbaits, bladed jigs
12# Red Label - crank (square bill, 3XD, 5XD, lipless, etc)
10# Red Label - crank (max depth), shakey head, drop shot

20# Big Game - frogs
15# Big Game - buzzbait, pop-r, c-rig leader

Right now, I am using both Seaguar InvisX and Red Label. I like InvisX for setups where I really need the sensitivity. I like the feel of Red Label for moving baits. All topwater is on mono currently.

So far, this is working well for me.

On a lake like Fork:

18#-25# for jigs, plastics, and spinnerbaits.

12#-16# for squarebills

12-14# for DD22's

14-16# for 10XD's

That's for fluorocarbon.
