Where did y'all mount your front graphs? I am installing a HDS7 and can't flush mount. Should I ram mount or use something like a dek it?
Also any pictures would be great.

I used a Ram mount for my HDS 12 on the front of my boat and it works great.

I went with a kickinbass mount over the front of the trolling motor pedal....works awesome and is sturdy as can be......

My Humminbird 997 is mounted to the floor way up front with the included factory bracket. Can't swivel sideways but tilts forward/ back for proper viewing angle. The control cable for my Fortrex TM is routed right under it. Very neat & clean application!

I put my 1199 on a Dek-It centered over the trolling motor tray. Rock solid.

Flush mount in the bow.

You guys using the Dek-it, are they the 22.5 or the flat one? Im thinking about installing one for my HDS-8.

Mine is 22.5

Not the best picture but all I have handy. I cut an aluminum plate to cover the flush mount Location and attached the Humminbird Gimbal mount to that.
