Are no joke had one last night and talk about to your knees pain. I have had kidney stones and this was way worse. But the good news is no more gallbladder they took it out after a few hours and an ambulance transport.

Had mine out a few years back. It caused me to have cyclical vomiting, which was one of the worst experiences of my life. Vomiting every few minutes with nothing in my stomach, which lead to severe dehydration and all the joy that brings. Happened several times before they figured out it was my gallbladder.

Prepare for the aftermath. I had mine removed in Jan after years of discomfort. Have to watch what I eat or I'll have acid reflux. Zantac is my friend now.

I have had gallstones and it removed. I described the pain as drop to your knees also. Appendix was not half as bad

Had mine removed last year thankfully, every now and then I'll still have phantom gallbladder pain but not nearly as bad that used to land me in the ER for pain relief and morphine did nothing they had to use the stuff that would make me loopy as all get out.
