When will the Rio's stop biting and become harder to find?

Rios will start being harder to find right after the first major cold front. Usually September, up until Mid October Rios are in schools looking to fatten up before winter. After the first major cold front the Rio bite will turn off by 60 to 70 percent. After the second major cold front Rios are usually hard to find!
