After missing out on 1 a couple weeks ago in the classifieds went ahead and built 1. A lot heaver than the store bought but never been know to go light. Will break in and report back after this weekend.

My papaw from another mother usually does a couple of boneless stuffed chickens in one and they turn out awesome.

changes worked out good , not too shabby for 1st time on big cuts of meat,very moist and tender .

Let you know in a little bit how the 3rd cook goes . Pulled ribs letting them rest the brisket was at 169 when the ribs were pulled coming of at 180 then off to rest. Fingers crossed !

Ribs were terrible ? Tuff......to pick up without meat falling off the bone !! Will slice brisket tommorow.

Sliced nicely, very tender,but.... I will say I do miss my smoke on brisket !
