Ok my buddy and I are betting (Steak Dinner) on favorite Jig/Trailer most of you guys will recommend to someone who would ask on this forum. We both have different opinions (Thus the bet) Tomorrow is the cut off. (I am looking forward to my NY Strip so help me out) This came about because he will only use one color combo no matter what.

Santone Rattling Jig/Rage Craw Trailer. Some time the trailer matches the jig, other times I like contrast. I particularly like color 00 in the Santone jig. Other colors I like and use are 121, 39, 53, 54, 71, 78, 81, 84, 88, 89 http://www.santonelures.com/Don't think that's gonna win you a steak dinner, but it's what works for me. Betting your buddy will throw nothing but blk/blue?

3/8 oz Missile/Ike flippin jig with rage craw trailer. On the tough days, a rage craw. And on the really tough days, a rage craw!!

Strike King Hack Attack with Rage Craw. Blue gill/green pumpkin with claws dipped in chartreuse spike it or black & blue.

Strike King football head either black and red or black and blue with an Uncle Josh pork chunk (I know they don't make them anymore but luckily, I've still got a stash.).

1/2 oz Strike King Hack Attack in Okochobee Craw paired with either a SK Rage Craw or Zoon Speed Craw, color depends on mood and conditions.

My favorite is a Viper XP jig head with a custom color skirt that I make and a Zoom green pumpkin purple trailer, but for my off the shelf jig and trailer it would be a Santone Slopy Joe color jig with a green pumpkin craw, claws dipped in orange dip n dye.
Other favorites are the Santone black,blue,purple with either a black/blue or black/purple trailer and Mexican Heather with a sprayed grass color Xcite trailer.
