Big Jalapeno Peppers cut in half lengthwise
Creme Cheese and shredded cheese
Add your desired Rub to shrimp (peeled), marinate in zip lock bag , put in fridge for 1 hr.
Combine both cheeses and some rub...then mix
Lay shrimp in pepper, cut shrimp bc it curls,stuff top with cheese mix
Wrap with Bacon
Place in smoker, use Pecan, heat to 225*, cook 1 hr.
