Ya that's way up there. Hard to win with how good other parts of the lake are fishing. You can be competitive in 4 day tournament if everything goes your way. Just not a lot of 5+ up there. Plus there's the run, current, muddy water.

He had it dialed in early in practice. Live by the frog, die by the frog.

Spro 65, Midnight Walker and Navy Seal as a backup. His only Midnight Walker looked like it had been run over by a mower by Thurs afternoon.

Falcon Cara Amistad, 7'3" Open water, longer casts, isolated cypress trees and bushes.

Falcon Cara Jason Christie Frog Rod, 6'11" Tighter cover, skipping to bushes and overhangs.

Definitely "In the zone"

Just watched some of it. At 346 he has rod end almost at this chin and then he sets the hook and hurls that fish outta that stuff. I may chunk it tonight. I mentioned already a friend of mine marshaled and I only spoke to him after day one. His guy threw spook ALL DAY and caught one about every 15-20 he said, even in a 1 ft chop. He had that and a plopper on another rod, that was it.

Watch it happen, make it happen, or say what the hell happened. Capt. Phil Harris F/V Cornelia Marie RIP

Top 12 in an elite event, I will take it.

Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

I know BP was up past Stanley. Just curious how North Crochet was? If he was up by the 103 thats a long haul and pretty interesting at that..

BP wasn't past Stanley, Cliff might have been closer to Kurth than he was the 103!
