I know I can always look on the tournaments section of the forum but there seems to not be much around me. Is there any other way to find out about bass tournaments? If so what is the best way?

you looking for clubs or trails? there's several trails with cen-tex divisions, media, blt for example. also from waco you could hit some of the tarrant county Ts pretty easily.

Not to many tournaments that I have even seen that are less than a $100 entry fee. Not sure if that is what you mean by "lets go have some fun" tournaments.

If you want low cost fun tournaments.......join a local club. There are many different types, but if you look around you can find one that fits what your looking for.

Have you checked into "Big Sticks Bass club ?
They have an open event on June 3rd
$60 team entry fee.
Search for them on Facebook.

And if you ever need someone for the back seat, send me a PM.
