I had some luck with crankbaits along the points going into and out of the coves. I didn't get a chance to fish the north end with the timber but we plan on hitting that area first when we go back. Hit up largemouthokie on here he guides on the lake. Do you have a place to put in at the north end where you are staying?

We were there during last week, but didn't get much time on the water. I fished two mornings for about 3 hours each. I only caught 10 bass. I really wanted to make it up to the north end, but just never found the time. The lake is beautiful.....would have enjoyed it without catching a single fish. I did notice that the fish seemed to be deep. They were showing up around 60'. I managed to catch most in about 15' of water off points with a couple on top water. The lake has so much depth fluctuation it is crazy. Wish I could be more help, but the lake kicked my butt! I cant wait to get back, though!!!!!
