Its a buckets of dust catching olive soups stuff with germ handles. Why does North Texas have these damn things? Does it generate any revenue?

I don't understand why they put it in the middle of the high roller cheese area. Shouldn't all that be parked off in the corner next to the 5 for $1 bolillo and three day old donuts?

No different than any Buffett. If one was to worry to much about who touched their food under what conditions it is within reason many would avoid food altogether.

Cheese bar and olive bar must be top producers, they are always staffed with at least one person.

The sushi bar has at least two and usually 3 people.

I eat 2-3 big jars of olives a week. Various types. I wouldn't go near a germ pit like that.
