I guess I'm other, with a combo of a few of the choices.

Ice water is first, every single day, usually 1/2 to a full glass.

Coffee every morning, 1 on weekdays before school, then usually 2 on weekends while I read the paper and flip channels.

Weekdays, a piece of fruit an hour or two into the day.

Weekends, usually a full breakfast, eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits, or some combo like that.
I do not eat swine, therefore, usually no breakfast meat since it's all pork.

No cereal choice?

A bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios & a glass of orange juice, and maybe a nutrigrain bar sometime before 10am.

Indianation - I forgot to list water. I guess I took it for granted.

NoconaBrian - I had cereal - hot/cold listed in the rough draft but it didn't make the cut. I eat a bowl almost everyday when I first get up. Then eat "real" breakfast about 2 hours later. So many brands/flavors to list....

Kind Granola (which is more than just granola seeds, it's got all types) 1/2 cup with about 1 cup of milk, coffee (2 cups) then a Quest Protein Shake on the way to work.

I used to never eat breakfast.....then I started working out hard 7 days a week and metabolism is running away from me. Gotta eat so I don't waste away. I know.....tough problem huh! (I don't eat junk, rather starve than eat carp.)

Funny thing is, I used to gripe to my wife when it was chicken breast night.....now it's all I want. Body craves the protein!!

Not to nit pick ya, but that is a healthy dose of sugar first thing in the morning. I bet you are maxing out your sugar before lunch. Nutrigrain bar has 11g, 9g in 3/4 cup of that cereal....then add the milk to that. Hopefully you are drinking pure OJ, not sugar added. (I think my wife aims for 30g a day with her Macro Counting)

Amazing how fast those sugars add up!! Unless it's a race, try to cut back on the sugar...especially that early.

Love the KIND products. I sometimes get busy and push lunch to 2 or 3 but I pay for it. If I skip breakfast I won't make it out the door.
