it was a nice morning to fish. The second brush pile I hit lit up my screen like roman candles going off. What a blast...every pitch produced a thump, however, most were of the Toodangshort variety. Did manage a few nice keepers though. Between the brush and boat houses I put 17 in the cooler. The best jig today was a B.Garland shad in pearl white. Fish seemed to be holding mostly in the 10 to 12 foot range of the water column. The 10 mph wind I would guess was gusting about 20 mph. Lake Murvaul.
