Had a good lunch at GV today! Only had 45 min to fish and the Crappie didn't disappoint! 8 crappie and 1 LMB. Todays magic bullet was anything next to a walk way that had something in the water, chains, boat motors and marina poles. Most of the fish were caught from 3 to 8 feet with slack line to a slow roll. All fish were over 10in with the big girl of the day 14in. Only guessing on that, I didn't have my tape measure with me but I did put her next to a fire extinguisher for a size reference. All of the fish hit my hand tied jig that I made this morning.

As if my day couldn't get any better... Got back to the office and what is at my desk?????? My new 5.5 Pro Angler rod! Cant wait to test it out! Crazy fast shipping! Thank you to the guys and girls at PA!

Yep! Didn't know if they would like it but they did. Fish on a dock see the same thing all the time so I like to shake things up! If you tie your own jigs give it a shot.
