So I was reading the TPWD saltwater regulations and came accross;

Black Drum

Daily Bag:5
Length in Inches (Minimum - Maximum)14 - 30
No more than one black drum over 52 inches may be retained per person per day and counts as part of the daily bag limit and possession limit.

Does that mean you aren't allowed to keep any between 30-51 inches at all? Or does that count as your one? Sorry if it's a stupid question. Wouldn't be the first time the TPWD regulations confused me (IE: blue crab regulations lol)
