I am thinking about venturing up there to try it out but have questions that you guys that have been there may can answer. If you could help me out it is appreciated. 1. Are there any places to stay overnight that can accommodate a boat and be able to re-charge batteries? I know about the retreat, any other places. Or is there camping facilities with electricity on the lake at the park where the boat ramp is? 2. Is the main body of the lake from the ramp to the dam open runnable? 3. Going into the 2 main creeks, are there buoy boat lanes or markers that you can follow to get back in them safely?
Thanks guys

Are you familiar with Lake Naconiche Cabins? They are very closeel to the ramp and clean.
Ramp to dam is wide open and a short 2 minute run.
The entire lake has buoys to mark the lanes. Easy to run from one end to the other.
You will have a blast. It's a great little lake

The "retreat cabins" are the only lodging on the lake. From ramp to dam is wide open. Both main creeks have marker bouys. But, the markers are missing in a few spots, and have grown "dim" over time. Also, the marked channel is a creek channel, it was never cleared. The "Lane" is full of floaters....take your time.
I catch 'em there pretty good on a variety of soft plastics.
Good luck.

Be careful around the big trees still standin. They are starting to fall over. I saw 3 fall when the wind got up not long ago. I'd be careful not to bump one. Great little lake though with some big fish!
