Zanatas is overpriced and just meh, plus long waits.
Luigis is good Italian and been in Rockwall as long as I've lived there, along with Trevino's Mexican food.
Culpeppers or The Oar House if you don't mind spending some money.
Bin 303 is good too

Pier 101 and also Charlie's Burgers and Street Tacos in the square are newer places and have really made a name for themselves.
