Lot of people don't know what the record is or simply don't care. Look at a lot of the records and many have no entries, especially youth and catch and release.

Little off topic but how is Amistad to run, as far as boating safety? I used to go out on a jet ski occasionally or we'd rent a pontoon boat when I was stationed at Laughing AFB. But, that's been a few years ago and I don't recall too much about the lake besides the Mexicans having control one year and the US the next. Mexico used to run it about dry the year they had control.

State record is 4.9lb @ near 25" Next assumption of working knowledge? Never cared for records and trophies, just wasnt raised that way.
