I have a slip on Joe Pool Lake. I have put in some PVC structure. Is there anything else you'd suggest to add to attract and hold crappie? Depth is about 15'

If I were you I would find a few 10' branches with lots of leaves, and drop those down as well (tall, tree-like bushes are great, lots of places for the fish to hunker down in), and maybe get a bale of alfalfa and tie to a cinderblock or two, to really bring those minners in.
Yes, Brazos is my real name.

Actually the chairs are working better than anything we have used. I have hung 12 so far, most in combination with a condo similar to what you show in the picture. 4" pipe with 1" conduit thru it hung under the chairs.
Should outlast me.

Should also consider adding that hose reel to the structure.

I would add some brush to that as well. In my experience, non natural brush tends to hold fish very inconsistently. Some days you don't get a bite and some days they are stacked on it. Natural brush tends to hold more fish on a more consistent basis to me. That brush is all you need to attract and hold crappie, anything else will start attracting fish other than crappie.
