Well I didn't get to fish as much as I wanted. Things didn't go as planned. A buddy and I were supposed to use his boat and set 3 trot-lines. Well he got stuck at work so I had to use my john boat last minute. Rowing far and setting 3 lines by myself was tough. It was worth it. I got this 32 pound yellow cat! Mothers day weekend has always been my lucky weekend. I didn't get to fish Saturday night since I was wore out and stayed in my uncomfortable john boat all night.

Fried yellow cat for mother's day brunch? Mothers day weekend has proven to catch big cats for me. My family was out of town. I currently have this fish still alive in a tank. Trying to "Flush" them out like people say. Then we will have a fish fry!
