Don't know why it wouldn't. Works on eater catfish pretty well. He may be losing some meat but actually not all that much and his method beats having to wrestle thru those rib bones. I don't mess with belly meat on cats so it works for me.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

Captain had put a screw into the trigger , plug in in and it was running. Lets you grip it a any angle.
It is a cheep Hamilton beech , sound like it was running at a faster rate tha Mr twister.
He uses mr twitter blades.
On day 2 the capt used a small saws all to do redfish and sheepshead.

I grew up abt 12 miles from there..shell beach, ycloskey, Delacroix Island, we called it " down da road"...the end of the world for locals, you cant go any further on land... WORLD CLASS FISHING...when I was abt 8 I caught a flounder that wouldnt fit in a wheelbarrow. and speckled trout everywhere. castnet for shrimp right of the bank. lots of public state owned land to go do what you want to do.

I think it will work for sure. fish

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I have fished many times out of Delacroix,
For numbers of trout, I think there is no place better.
South texas is better for big trout.
Venice might be the best on the planet for redfish.

They make the belly cut to go around the air bladder not the ribs...a specks air bladder is almost impossible to cut with a knife....he definitely know how to use a knife tho...good looking fish.

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

the way hes doing it in the video is the way I clean catfish, just because they have that long somewhat angled head.
