I was thinkin something like Proctor or Palo Pinto. Anyone hear anything lately?

Oh yea! I'm there about 3 days a week. Things get real quiet sometime. Makes a guy wonder who's not talking. Lol! Pm sent. I will say a friend has been stacking up crappie at Palo Pinto. Too far from Proctor for me. bolt

Caught a pretty good pile of crappie in 10-12' water until around 10am. Sun warmed the shallows and found them biting again in 2' of water over gravel. Most all fish caught were smaller than the last few weeks. The few females still had eggs. No big sows caught today. All average 10-11" fish with a couple going 13-14". Saw sandbass and a few hybrids rolling. Stayed my crappie course till I had all I wanted to clean. Tons of boats today! All caught on pink and black jigs in 1/16 oz. almost deadsticking 3" off bottom.

I know this is a few days late, but better late than never. I went out yesterday evening after work and cleaned up on whites and few "bigger" hybrid. All in all about 25 in an hour or so.
