Its already that busy time of year on the lakes, only takes a few trips out to notice that many folks don't know the laws of the water such as how to properly pass, overtake, and when to give way. I'm not talking just pleasure boaters either, in just 3 hours on the lake last weekend I witnessed 5 bass boats with no clue which side to pass on. Even if you are a 20 year boating veteran it cant hurt to refresh your memory... also, some insurance companies will discount your rate if you send them your completion certificate. It only takes a few minutes to complete and may save you some headaches down the road. http://www.boatus.org/texas/

I was at Fork Saturday for a few hours, and it's now official more bass boat owners are dumb arses than not  Saw lots of unsolicited stupidity
