The shad are shallow and so are all the other fish. Bass fished from sun up till lunch, caught 20 or so mostly smalls, all on brush hogs, couldnt get them to bite anything else. Tried to find the whites, no luck they are not in there summer pattern yet, caught 6. Sunday morning decided to drown a jig at the dock, wow easily over 150 crappie, most 4 to 8 inches. Lake is so full of them, fish the docks right now!
