My wife wanted a closer look but we were within 15 feet and that was close enough. He just swam away. It was very cool on how he was on top the water. I was reading poisonous snakes may puff themselves up to cross water. Broken Bow is a very beautiful area. Looking forward to going back again.

1st picture is tough, but second does indeed look like a rattlesnake.

Probably this, but could be some other water snake, or even Bull Snake, but it is definitely non venomous.
