Daughter is at college studying Botany. She just brought home about 4 gallons of cherry tomatoes. Half Red and Yellow, the other half very Green. They're too small to fry,so I need a recipe for Pickled Green Tomatoes. Like the kind that you get served at catfish restaurants and such.

Any help?

i would just use a regular pickle recipe, like for cucumbers. google is full of them.
