Haven't been all year just wondering at what depth I should start at on lake Houston?

I usually run my jug lines with two lengths of mainline on them 12 feet long and 18 feet long. A weight on the bottom with two hooks on the 12 footer and three on the 18 foot lines. I like to set them out where the wind will push them into a point. I don't even usually check depth just toss em out a good ways from the point.
