I have an 85hp V-4 Johnson (1979 model) I'd consider letting go. Runs great! Might need some work on the shifter mechanism but it's still functional as well. Reasonably priced, and it would come with a boat and trailer attached you could do whatever you want with.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space!
