lots and lots of garlic, not kidding. A buddy and I will push crawfish out of the way to gobble up whole cloves of garlic.

lots and lots of garlic, not kidding. A buddy and I will push crawfish out of the way to gobble up whole cloves of garlic. Yep, whole garlic cooked long enough comes out soft like butter and is absolutely delicious!! Also, for sausage use Zummos Party Sausage (made in Beaumont) , available at Fiesta.

I like mushrooms in general, but I'm not super crazy about them in a Crawfish boil. I'll still eat a couple because I like mushrooms. Besides the crawfish, corn on the cob is my favorite add in. Sausage and potatoes are alright, might eat one or two of those. Butter is good as an add in. I love artichokes. Are y'all doing the whole big ones or baby artichokes?
