wind and tide were finally in our favor, so we made a run to East Galveston Bay. stopped at the causeway for a pint of shrimp and ran on a flat sea all the way there, didn't take any time at all. picked up 8 specks under a cork over shell and wind picked up. we cut over the Bolivar shoreline and got in the ICW for the run back to Bayou Vista. not near as easy a run going back as it was coming. biggest fish was a tad over 20" and as always, the wife caught it.
