I have been monitoring Lake O Pines Water Data and all of a sudden the Conservation Pool has increased by a foot and a Half. Have they set the Dam to release at a stage that it will not allow the water to drop as far as it has in the past? John

LOP is one of I believe seven lakes in Texas that have Variable Conservation Pools.

If you review the bottom of your LOP link above, you can notice that LOP has Summer and Winter full-pool levels:
May 1 to October is 230.0 full-pool
October 1 to May 1 is 228.5 full-pool
