Son and I fished the White Oak area Saturday morning till about 10:30 when the weather turned bad. We caught two nice keepers on wacky worm. We put boat on trailer and headed to Six Mile area in truck and boat and decided to put boat back in storage bldg (the boat storage just North of the cafe on Hwy 87) so it wouldn't get full of water as we wanted to fish again later if the weather let up, we left all our equipment in the boat. This was at 11:00 AM. I went back at 2:00 PM to hook up battery chargers and boat storage doors were wide open, lock broken off and all out rods /reels and one tackle box was gone.

If I'm not fishing or hunting I'm hunting a place to fish or hunt.

I'm afraid not, I don't have ins. on boat and I doubt that the owner of the storage facility has any.

That area has gotten bad. I guarantee is a few people doing it. They need to catch them.

You can claim stolen tackle on your homeowners insurance. I had to do this and all you need is a police report.
