My helix 9 side image is reading mirror on both sides in all depth of water . Reset all defaults ran system check still the same results . I am also having to turn up sensitivity for my down image to work right . Call hummingbird I would have to send transducer and unit in for them to check . I thought I would ask has anyone had this problem to keep from having to do that . Everthing is mounted right have not had any problems until last week had it almost a year .

Can you post a pic next time out? Not quite sure what you are meaning by "Mirror"

IT reading the same on the left and right side with both sides on . Left side is correct right side showing same reading as left . I have change to right only also have changed to left side only then back to both sides on at same time still gives me two left side reading with both sides on .

Ok. Is there anyway you could test this with anyone else that has a Humminbird SI unit near you. You will not get quality Di if your si is not working.

That's what am going to try to do . Did not know that si must be working good for di to work thank you .
