Going to PINS in a week with the wife and kiddos. Been down there before but never with a pop up camper, we will be staying on beach for 3 days which part of PINS do you suggest with a pop up camper don't want to get stuck in sand lol I have a f-250 that is 4 wheel drive but tires on camper are small. I would really like to stay on South Beach. Which would be best out of South Beach, North Beach and Yarborough Pass. I want to be secluded as possible but without getting stuck.

Depends on the driving conditions. Call this number (361) 949-8175, and they will provide you with driving conditions/report for that day. I'm usually pretty secluded in the 30mm - 40mm but not sure if I would have made it there pulling a camper during the times I went.

We ended up setting camper up at mile marker 11, didn't catch too much the wind was really bad but was ok with me my 2 kids had a blast. kinda just a get away trip we will be going back down again in 3 weeks on my next days off and plan to fish a lot harder. Didn't get to fish that hard this trip due to just playing around with the kids.
