There is one on the South end of the Mockingbird/Westmorland Bridge over the trinity in Dallas at a real trashy store. Not sure what it's for. It's been there since at least 2004 so not a new cell tower.

if you zoom in on the picture, you can see the cellular waves emitting of the tower gonna have to take your word for it, the cell waves interfere with my xray/heat vision.
