Was gonna head down to Nashville to get a trolling motor for my Pontoon. There is a 10% discount for vets each month....but sales taxes in TN are 10%. I am no math guru, but looks like a wash to me.
So, where are best prices found?
I am looking for spot lock, 24 volt, stow assist a plus, and 75 ponds of thrust or more.
Has anyone bought from trolling motors.net?

I have not used that website, but it would be hard to go wrong with David at Shut Up and Fish. The transactions I have had with him were positive.

Look at Universal Mania. I bought two Helix 12 Chirp SI units from them and saved hundreds. The online places are usually going to discount their product, have free shipping, and no sales tax. That's worth a lot of money.

Yes they are a good place. I haven't dealt with them but I have talked to several that have and been very satisfied

Depends on what motor your looking for. I found the best prices as well as best service from Universal Mania and BBG Marine. Also check with David at "Shut Up And Fish". No personal experience, but have heard nothing but good things about his prices/service.
