I have a new terrova with a minnkota quick release bracket.it works great except the bracket is extremely hard to slide. Is there some kind of lube that would help?

I'm going to try a little silicon spray on mine, then up it to lithium grease if I don't get et results of the silicone spray.

It's probably mounted on an uneven surface.

I called Minnkota, they said use armor all, not sure if that will work. Will check and make sure that the surface is flat. Thanks for the help.
