Temple/Belton is limited, but Dead Fish is fair and the view is wonderful. Millers BBQ in Belton is good, Saigon Kitchen in Temple is pretty good if you like oriental. Don't know of a decent Mexican Food place.

Greens Sausage house is great Yes, it is. And if you keep going passed Greens, and keep straight on "Dead Man's Curve," you'll hit Cyclone BBQ. It's pretty good bbq, not great, but it's a cool place. Only open Thursday-Saturday, I think. May-October. Take a group and get the "Family Style." It's pretty much "all you can eat" for everyone. It includes, I believe, ribs, sausage, brisket, and all the usual sides.
