I had no idea we put 44 in the live well today. Our bellies were growling bad about 2 o'clock so we called it a day and went for a cheeseburger. The fish are starting to load up on the brush piles and will hit about anything that resembles a shad. These fish were stuffed full of shad. A few still had a small quantity of eggs. The brush piles are full of weanlings but you just have to wade through them to find the big uns. 12 to 14 fow seemed to be the best depth.

To whom much is given, much is required.

Good stuff right there!! I Haven't been in a month...hope to change that this weekend.

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?
