We have a bunch of guys who are going to have a tourney for a couple of days on Texoma. From my understanding if any of us trailer to another part of the lake and want to trailer back to weigh-in, we are required to have some type of form that states we are in a tourney if we have water in the livewells. Where can I find this form or a sample of how I need to write it? Thanks

Per TPWD Persons participating in a fishing tournament confined to one water body are allowed to transport live fish in water from that single water body to an identified off-site weigh-in location, provided all water is drained and properly disposed of before leaving that location. Participants must possess documentation provided by tournament organizers that identify them as participants in a tournament.

Icb - a form is needed if trailering from one part of the lake to another part of THAT lake. In this instance Texoma. You have to actually follow the law if trailering from one lake to another lake.

CAT uses this FORM. Click on 'Form' to view what we use. You can print it out but will have to change the org name. Call it what you want to. Just scratch thru the name and write it in.

Thanks UJC, we would be going from one part of Texoma to another part of Texoma. That type of form should work just fine if it works for y'all.

The TPWD rule says "off site weigh in location"

I don't think you need that documentation for going from one part of the lake to another
