is there software to load waypoints from Lowrance units for back up ?
Is there a way to look at the waypoints on a map on the computer ?

I was a longtime lowrance user , until I bought my first humminbird sidescan,

I am going back to lowrance ( Xi5, nuff said ). Pleas bear with me, I may
have lots more questions

thanks

If you're a member of CAT, their are videos of my seminars on said topic. Answer to your questions - yes. I will be glad to talk with you. If not a member, and want to talk, send me a PM with the best phone number. I'll reach out to you. It's not a 5 min conversation so reserve time.

Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on it at a later date. I am in the process
of loading my new unit with old waypoints. When that is done , I will be looking
to back up and edit those points

if u have a touch unit it's very easy to back up to a file and transfer it to a PC, or any other back up you want.
