Had the distinct honor of doing a twin pair of Cedar Creek crappie for someone we all know very well.....Mr. Matthew Carroll!!!! I'll let Matt do all the explaining, but here they are!!!    Cedar Creek crappie can be a different kind of challenge to detail as they are much paler than many other Texas lakes, but I believe they cam out well.

Hmmm, I have had the distinct pleasure of hearing that story, at least three times!!...one day!!! LOL. JUST kidding Matthew, but for all the newer forum members PLEASE tell the story of how you caught those fish...and PLEASE send me the coordinates for the location!

I still have plenty of his(Matthew's) and SlabMeSilly's hair jigs. So when I do go those, I know some smart crappie guys made them.

 Well look who showed up at the shop today! Matt has been plagued with some health problems lately. One of those deals were the cure is almost worst than the ill. But he was in great spirits and talking fishing and catching the whole time!!! Next time I see Matt I hope it is one the water!
