I won't complain that I only caught 5 fish today totalling less than 13 lbs....Nor that the wind blew 20mph instead of 5-10....Nor that I was blinded by headlights at the ramp, and cut off by a jet skier.....Nope, Thankful to have been on the water doing what I love.

I want to complain I had to work and yes I worked hard.. Pouring concrete is no fun..

I won't complain that I spent the last three BEAUTIFUL days installing new blue tops, Teleflex steering, and a new Ultrex and G2N Helix.....and tomorrow I get to test them in forcasted wind and rain.

I won't complain that I spent the last three BEAUTIFUL days installing new blue tops, Teleflex steering, and a new Ultrex and G2N Helix.....and tomorrow I get to test them in forcasted wind and rain. Aren't you glad you didn't have to PAY SOMEONE ELSE to do it. I always loved it after installing new stuff on my boat, maintenance on the engine or buying a new rod and reel and going to the lake the next day to try it out. I just bought a new driver today and can't wait to try it out. Life is good.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.
Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

Maybe I'm getting older but when somebody does something stupid at the lake or the boat ramp I've learned to just let it go-don't want it to ruin my day by making an issue out of it.

I won't complain, but I was I was dumb enough today to dump 2 gallons of oil in my bilge because I thought I could balance my full oil tank on a small spot while installing a new battery.

True story .. I know a guy who one time had enough money for gas to get to the lake but not enough to get home. He loved fishing so much that he routinely went back out after weigh in. He had a beautiful loaded Ranger on a 10 yr note. His health continued to deteriorate until he finally sold his boat.. the only thing in life that mattered to him. Now he sits on the balcony at his cheap apartment waiting to die.
