Well, I sure plan on finding out shortly. Hopefully I'll get it all on film to.
I had the pleasure of meeting Flip years ago. He is absolutely one of the nicest, down to earth guys you're ever meet. The guy on the TV show wasn't just a "on air personality ", that was exactly him. I had been fly fishing for a while when that show came out but it certainly got me a lot more serious about it - particularly the saltwater aspect of fly fishing.
I sure hope we don't get flooded out again this year. I'm ready for some serious carp fishing this year.

Capt. Mac, thanks for the excellent video review of the Piscifun Sword fly reel and line. This Video and your next one, Fall day on Lake Ray Roberts made my day. I definitely need to visit the lake! I had read several comments on line about the people at the Piscifun Company, all of them said they were great to work with and quick to respond.
Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.

Ronco- I appreciate the reply. I've got several more videos in the works...
Glad you find them entertaining. Oh, and if you go to my Vimeo page, the video entitled "Enchated" was shot on Ray Roberts as well. It really is a beutiful lake.

Great video. I felt obligated to order a piscifun sword for my new rod. I truly appreciate all the work that went into that video. I am looking forward to being entertained by your future productions as well.

Talking about the quality. How does it feel casting, and laying in the water. Personally, I'm not a fan of the Orvis lines. The coating just feels very stiff.

Texmedic- thank you sir! Greatly appreciated!

COFF- the line feels slick to me. As I said in the video, it slides through the guides really well. It doesn't seem to coil up but it's not stiff either.

Great video review Capt. Mac. I've been wondering about the quality of their products, the prices are hard to beat.
