We caught fish anywhere from 3 to 15 fow today on Murvaul. A few off brush piles but most came out from under docks...what a blast. We didn't even make it to the grass today. The best jig today was a small plastic from Pan Fish Assassin in a shad color. The lake is in good shape after that big rain we had last Sunday. We caught two big girls today that could have been litter mates. The one pictured weighed 1.96 lbs. and had already spawned. Caught lots of fish and put 25 in the cooler.

Thank you for the report. Friend of mine went to Murvaul yesterday and had about the same report and brought home 18 nice ones. Be glad when I retire so I can fish every day.

Thank you for the report. Friend of mine went to Murvaul yesterday and had about the same report and brought home 18 nice ones. Be glad when I retire so I can fish every day. haha....don't wish your life away, it will be here before you know it. Of course the fish will likely all be gone by then...
